The jobs you are losing are the ones you never hear about.
A form nobody checks. A call that came in at 7pm. A quote you meant to follow up on three weeks ago. None of it shows up anywhere, so it never gets fixed.
I build the systems that catch it, and the ones that run everything after it.
Business is chaos. There are too many moving parts and you cannot keep up with all of them... until now.
This is what it actually costs
Not theory. These are the four leaks that show up in almost every service business I look at, and every one of them is fixable in under two weeks.
The form nobody sees
Submissions go to an inbox that stopped being checked, or an address that broke when the site was rebuilt. The customer thinks you ignored them.
After hours
You advertise emergency service. The 9pm burst pipe call goes to voicemail, and by morning they have already paid someone else.
Reviews that stopped
You did great work for two years and asked for a review maybe twice. The company ranking above you asks every single time, automatically.
Quotes that went quiet
Most quotes are never followed up on even once. Not because you do not care, but because you were on a roof when the reminder should have happened.
Pick your trade
The underlying system is the same. What changes is what sits at the front of it, because a roofer chasing an insurance supplement and a plumber triaging a flooding house do not have the same day.
HVAC
Seasonal spikes that flood the phones, maintenance agreements that need scheduling in waves, and replacement quotes worth five figures each.
See the HVAC build →Plumbing
Emergencies at 2am, same-day water heater sales, and jobs that stall because the tech is standing in line at the supply house.
See the plumbing build →Roofing
Storm surges that arrive all at once, insurance claims that stall for months, and crews that need scheduling around the weather.
See the roofing build →I have worked in these businesses, at the bottom and at the top, and I know them inside and out
Twenty years in and around businesses like yours. I have been the person in the truck doing the install and the person responsible for the numbers at the end of the month.
That is not a resume line. It is the reason I know what your day actually looks like before you describe it to me, and the reason I am not going to hand you something that assumes you are sitting at a desk with time to learn it.
What gets built
Most businesses start at the front desk and add the rest as they need it. We build it, we run it, we maintain it.
Lead Rescue
- Contact form rebuilt and tested so submissions actually reach you
- Automatic reply to the customer within seconds of them submitting
- Text alert to your phone with the name, number and what they asked for
- Every lead logged in one place with date, source and current status
- Simple dashboard showing what came in and what has not been answered
- Set up, tested with real submissions, and explained to you on a call
Front Desk
- Everything in Lead Rescue
- After hours capture that answers immediately instead of going to voicemail
- Urgency triage so emergencies surface above routine requests
- Automatic review requests sent after each completed job
- Quote follow up on a real schedule until they answer or say no
- Missed call text back so nobody who rings you goes unanswered
- Carrier registration filed and handled for your business number
- Changes and upkeep handled after it goes live
Command Center
- Everything in Front Desk
- Scheduling and dispatch built around how your day actually runs
- One screen for leads, jobs, follow ups and revenue
- Customer and equipment history kept per address
- Job pipeline with stage tracking and alerts when something stalls
- Reporting on where jobs come from and what they are worth
- Built modular, so scheduling, routing or inventory can be added later
- Connects to the tools you already use rather than replacing them
- Built around your trade, not a template with your logo on it
Need something that is not on this list? That is a normal conversation, not a special favour. And if none of this is worth it for your business I will tell you that, because I would rather lose a sale than build something you do not need.
Straight answers
Why not use an off the shelf platform?
Because a platform hands you an empty building. Even the ones that ship with prebuilt setups are really just switching features on and off. You still have to go in and enter every value yourself, work out what each setting means, decide what belongs in each field, and then rebuild your routine around how the software wants you to work. For an owner already working full days, that is realistically a month of evenings before anything useful is running, and most of them stall halfway.
I do that part for you, using your actual numbers, your actual pricing and the way your day already runs. Then I hand it over working and show you how it works.
Do I have to replace what I already use?
No. If something works, keep it, and I would rather connect to it than tear it out. Replacing things that already work is how these projects turn into six month disasters.
Everything is built in modules for exactly this reason. If you already have routing and inventory and you add scheduling later, the new module registers with the existing ones and they start sharing real data instead of ignoring each other. With the mapping module in place you get actual tracked drive times. Without it, the system falls back to estimates rather than breaking. That said, if I can build you something genuinely better than what you are using now, that is a conversation worth having.
What if it does not work?
Then it is not finished, and I keep working until it does what this page said. I build it, I run it, and I maintain it, so a system that is not doing its job is my problem to fix, not something you are left holding.
In practice this has not come up. I do not publish things that are broken, and I have not yet run into something I built that I could not fix.
Am I locked into anything?
Nothing is hidden and nothing starts without you agreeing to it first. We build it, we run it, we maintain it, and the terms are laid out plainly on a call before any work begins.
Some pieces carry a small cost from whoever actually carries the messages, and you hear that number up front, not after.
I am not technical. Is that a problem?
No. Most of my clients are not, which is the reason they need this. You get it set up, working, and explained in plain language, plus written instructions for anything you would want to change later.
How long until it is running?
Lead Rescue is three days. Front Desk is about a week. Command Center is two to three weeks.
One caveat worth knowing up front: anything that sends texts from your business number has to be registered with the mobile carriers first. That registration is in your business name, so I need your business details and tax ID to file it, and approval usually lands inside a week. I file it the day you sign so it runs alongside the build instead of holding it up, and I handle the paperwork. The texting features are the only part that waits on it.
Right now, today
Every one of these is happening in someone's business while they are too busy working to notice.
Give me fifteen minutes. I will find the biggest one in your business, tell you what it is worth to fix, and show you how to close it. You will leave with something you can act on this week, whether you hire me or handle it yourself.
